Key challenges

Hasbro was running two separate instances of SAP (one for America and one for Europe) with different workflow approval systems. The company needed to reinvigorate and extend its SAP systems across the broad spectrum of its business but was concerned that the highly manual SAP change management process it had in place might not be able to support the volume of change required to meet business needs.
